The Story
Founded in the 1830's by brothers George and Henry, Elkington & Co was one of the prime producers of silver plating receiving various Royal Warrants of Appointment and also an Imperial & Royal Warrant from the Emperor of Austria. The company operated independently until 1963 when it was taken over by British Silver Ltd.
